Offering floral tributes to the portrait of Gandhiji, Khader said that we need to imbibe the values and teachings of Gandhi in our daily lives.
Stating that those criticising Gandhiji are not aware of his contributions to the country he called upon the present generation to know more about the great leader and his teachings.
“In the world, there is a perception that India means Gandhi and Gandhi means India. The responsibility to save and nourish this perception is on us,” he added.
