2 policemen arrested for tipping-off gangster Vikas Dubey before encounter: Kanpur SP

Lucknow: Two policemen, Vinay Tiwari and KK Sharma have been arrested for tipping-off gangster Vikas Dubey before the encounter informed Kanpur SP.

On July 3, 8 police officials were killed outside the house of Dubey by his aides, when they arrived to arrest him in a case.
