Even though, the airlines make an effort to keep their planes clean, but, with rapid layovers, high pressure and constant boarding and deplaning the passengers, there is not much time to sanitize them. Here is a list of places you should not touch without sanitising.

Bathroom locks
Everyone who goes in and out of that tiny bathroom is touching the door lock and it is said to have a greater number of germs.
Tray tables
Tray tables have been reported to carry eight times more bacteria than the toilet flush button. This is usually because the flight crew doesn’t have time to sanitize every single tray table, whereas there are only a handful of toilet flush buttons which can be sanitized occasionally.
Seat-back pockets
People use the seatback pocket as a convenient place to store books, electronics, drinks, and even snacks. However, you might want to clean off those belongings before touching them as several gross objects have been placed in the seat pocket, including dirty diapers.
Tv Remote
If your airline does offer an in-flight entertainment system, be cautious before touching the remote-control buttons. Its better if you sanitize it with a tissue and then use the remote.
Overhead vents
The knob that controls the overhead ac vents have germs of many other meddlers before. So, after you use the knob make sure to clean your hands.
Pillows and blankets
If they offer you the ones which are sealed in a plastic bag then it is fine, otherwise those are the most disgusting things on an airplane. A few have also seen people throw in the overhead compartments.
