‘Accident-prone area’: 3 days after fatal accident, 2 more killed on spot on Hubballi Dharwad Bypass road

Two persons were killed on the spot in a head-on collision between two lorries on Hubballi Dharwad Bypass road on Saturday night.

The deceased were the drivers of the lorries involved in the mishap while two others who were in the lorry sustained injuries.

Meanwhile, a car travelling on this route collided against one of the lorries from the rear thereby resulting in injuries to its occupants,

Notably, the spot where the mishap took place is accident-prone and just three days ago two people died in a terrible accident here.
