Mumbai/ New Delhi: The Mumbai police have warned the media against chasing the vehicle of any celebrity, advocate or any person for the sake of an interview.

Speaking to reporters, Mumbai Police Deputy Commissioner Sangram Singh Nishandar said that the media cannot endanger own/others lives by chasing vehicle of any celebrity, advocate or any person they wish to interview.

The warning comes after the Bombay High court on Wednesday granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty. Nearly a month after her arrest, in a drugs case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput death probe, the 28-year-old actor is set to walk out of jail.

The police will take stern action against the driver as well as against the person instigating, instructing the person to do such a chase, Nishandar added.
