Bantwal: 22-year-old youth commits suicide

Bantwal: A youth allegedly killed himself after hanging from the window frame of his house.

The deceased has been identified as Ramesh (22), the second son of Shekhara Poojary.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Ramesh may have tied a rope to the window and hanged himself after consuming a poisonous substance. The exact reason for his suicide remains unclear.

Ramesh was known for his hard work and gentle nature, working at a local grocery store. This tragedy marks the second such incident in the family, as his older brother also committed suicide by hanging himself in their old house last year.
