Bantwal: 3-day-old baby killed in road mishap

Bantwal: A 3-day-old infant died and two others were injured after the auto-rikshaw they were travelling in overturned near Benjanapadavu here.

Reportedly, Ummaira, one of the injured had given birth to a baby girl three days ago and was returning home after being discharged from Lady Goschen Hospital, when the accident took place.

The injured are currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in the city.
