Bantwal: Ganja carrying auto-rickshaw seized; one held

Bantwal: Police officials have arrested a man and seized ganja carrying auto-rickshaw from Barke near Benkye of Sajipa Mooda village.

The arrested accused has been identified as Siddique alias Koli Siddique (36), a resident of Kanchinadka Padavu in Sajipa Nadu village.

Police officials have seized items worth Rs 80,000 from the accused. The items include ganja worth Rs 2,000, auto rickshaw worth Rs 60,000, Rs 1,260 cash.

Further investigations are underway.
