The deceased has been identified as Rohan Raju, a resident of Hindalga.
His family members ruled out suicide and said that he was suffering from seizures and had come to the hospital with his father for availing treatment.
As per reports Rohan was talking over his mobile phone while standing near a window when he got seizures. Owing to this he fell and died of the injuries on the spot. The incident was captured on CCTV.
