But Gastroenterology surgeon Dr Govind Nandakumar who was getting late for his surgery because of the traffic decided to choose action over worry.
Govind decided to abandon his car and ran 3 km to reach the hospital.

It is said that Govind had an emergency laparoscopic gallbladder surgery scheduled at Manipal Hospital in Bengaluru’s Sarjapur on August 30.
He reached the hospital on time and the surgery was successful.
