Speaking at a news conference, he said that if the whole Cabinet is reappointed then everyone will have the opportunity to be ministers. He added that existing ministers should cooperate in appointing new ministers.
“The sacrifice and effort of many people lie behind the formation of the government. Thus, those who joined the party worked for the party should be identified and given proper recognition. Thus the Cabinet needs to be restructured rather than expanded,” he said.
“To sharpen the district administration in the hard times brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, it would also be better if Cabinet ministers are released from the additional assignment of being district in-charge ministers especially those in charge of two districts,” Guttedar added.
