Bidar: Gun attack on cash deposit staff at ATM, ₹93 lakh looted

Bidar: Armed robbers attacked officials who had come to deposit cash at the SBI ATM near the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Bidar on Thursday, January 16. The robbers opened fire and fled with ₹93 lakh in cash.

One person was killed in the attack, while another sustained critical injuries.

The incident unfolded when two miscreants arrived on a bike and attacked the employees by throwing chili powder into their eyes. Subsequently, they fired shots, leaving one person dead and another critically injured.

The area outside the bank turned tense as locals gathered following the incident.
