According to proposed bill, the state government can fix charges of various medical treatments, it facilitates the patient or his close relatives to register complaint against the hospitals, doctors if they fail to provide better treatment, care for them. Following objection from the doctors, opposition party members, state legislative assembly speaker KB Koliwad decided to send the bill to the joint committee of the two houses for necessary action.
