The case was initiated based on a complaint by Ayaz Mohammad, a resident of Yelahanka. According to Ayaz, Leena and Nathalia, through Ranjan, had indirectly pressured his 23-year-old son, Ayaan Mohammad, into drug addiction. Ayaz discovered the drug racket when he investigated his son’s sudden addiction.

Ayaz’s complaint alleges that the mother-daughter duo was supplying various narcotics, including hydro ganja and MDMA crystals, from Dubai to Bangalore. Nathalia reportedly facilitated financial transactions from young individuals to her bank account and delivered drugs through Ranjan, who distributed them to students and other clients in the city. Leena also allegedly supported these operations.

Additionally, Nathalia is accused of transporting drugs during her travels between Dubai and Bangalore. Based on these serious allegations, the CCB has registered a case under the NDPS Act against the accused.

Ranjan’s address has been traced, but he is currently missing. Authorities are also investigating the connection between the mother and daughter in Dubai and their operations in Bangalore, according to CCB sources.
