Chennai: DMK MLA J Anbazhagan dies of Covid-19

Chennai: DMK MLA J Anbazhagan died on Wednesday, June 10 of Covid-19 while undergoing treatment in a hospital in Chennai. He was 62.

Anbazhagan was admitted to Dr. Rela Institute and Medical Centre at Chromepet on June 2.He died on his 62nd birthday, informed sources.

As per sources, his condition deteriorated rapidly on Tuesday night.

Anbazhagan represented the Chepauk constituency in Chennai in the Tamil Nadu assembly.
