Chikkamagalur: Several injured after tourist jeep rolls down coffee plantation

Chikkamagalur: Several tourists sustained injuries after a jeep rolled down a coffee plantation near Attigundi in the Chikkamagalur district.

The incident took place when the group was heading towards Sageer Falls in Attigundi. It is said that there were more than 15 members in the jeep.

The injured have been admitted to the nearby hospital.

It is alleged that most of the tourist jeeps in the district do not possess relevant documents and also violate safety rules by overloading the passengers.
