Chitradurga: Wife tests positive for Covid-19; Husband commits suicide

Chitradurga: A man commits suicide after his wife tested positive for Covid-19 in Hiriyoor Taluk, Ranganathpur village.

The deceased has been identified as Raju (32). It is said that Raju’s wife Rashmi had tested positive for Covid-19 on May 27. Raju tested negative for the virus.

Rashmi was admitted to Devarakotta Covid care center on May 27 evening. Raju was scared of all this and hanged himself on the same day.
