CM’s Hubolt watch controvery : FIR filed

Bengaluru: Former DySP Anupama Shenoy submitted a petition to Assembly Speaker requesting him to direct the police to register an FIR against people who gifted expensive Hublot watch to CM Siddaramaiah.

Anupama’s petition states that the state government has awarded two projects to a company. The petition also states that the person who gifted the watch, Dr Girish Chandra Varma was working for the company.

Anupama has sought protection for the diamond-studded Hublot watch as it is evidence in the corruption.
