Congress projecting BJP as anti-Dalit, says Chauhan

Hubballi: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivaraj Singh Chauhan said in press conference here on Wednesday that the Congress was painting the BJP ruled states in a bad light, in order to gain political prowess in Karnataka. He said that the Congress party was projecting BJP as anti-Dalit and was hyping up certain unfortunate incidents in BJP ruled states. He also accused the party of playing appeasement politics with certain religious communities so as to ensure that the party gets elected to power a second time.

 Chauhan was confident of the BJP’s victory in Karnataka since the party possessed the three essential components to win an election, that is leadership, organisation and ideology. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was working towards the dreams of Swami Vivekanandha, Sardar Vallabhai Patel and Mahatma Gandhi. He felt that Modi had ushered in a new era in the Indian political scenario because of which the country was progressing.He said that the Modi government had impacted the employment sector by creating jobs and facilitating self-employment through the PM’s Mudra scheme.

Chauhan also mocked Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s statement about becoming the Prime Minister and said that nobody would consider it seriously.
