“JDS leader and former chief minister Kumaraswamy will not get the chance to Kingmaker this time,” said DK Shivakumar.
In an interview with Udayavani, he expressed confidence in the Congress party’s victory in the upcoming state elections, stating that Congress would get a full majority and form the government on its own strength by winning 140 seats.
He claimed that Congress has gained momentum in the state, including in the coastal, Malenadu, and Kittur-Kalyana Karnataka regions.
