The 63rd Sessions Court of the city considered the bail plea of Mohammed Nalapad for trial on May 29. In the wake of hearing the contention of advocate Usman, who reresents the accused Nalapad and M S Shyamsundar, public prosecutor who speaks to Vidwath, the court had held its request till May 30.
The court proclaimed the judgement on Wednesday and rejected the bail plea. The court said that the accused influential enough and as evidence was available against the accused Nalapad in medicinal reports, it was difficult to grant him bail.
Prior, amid the hearing, Public prosecutor Shyamsundar stated, “There is no rule that bail can be conceded after the submission of the chargesheet. The accused is effective to impact the witnesses. Another accused Krishna is still secluded from everything. Along these lines, the court ought not give bail to Nalapad.”

With this present Nalapad’s stay in prison has been extended. He has been in prison for 99 days.
