Covid 19: 84 Maha returnees among 105 new cases in K'taka; one case in DK

Mangaluru/Bengaluru: A total of 105 new cases of coronavirus, including one in Dakshina Kannada has been confirmed as of noon today (May 22) taking the tally of those infected to 1710 in Karnataka.

Of the new cases reported today 84 are returnees from Maharashtra. A 29-year-old female from Belthangady who tested positive for the virus is one among them.

Till date 588 persons have recovered in the state while the covid-related death toll is 41.
