Speaking to the reporters, Ravi said, ” Till now, Kodihalli was a farmer leader, today he became a labour leader. One must understand the situation and then put forth their demands. When labourers put too much pressure on the government, the relationship is broken. It is impossible to convince the government by intimidation or coercion”
“The minister has requested the labourers to give the government some time to resolve the issue,” he added
He further said, ” The decisions taken by the government for the benefit of the farmers were termed as ‘Anti-farmer bills’. The government’s three farm bills are pro-farmer bills. They asked for permission to sell their crops anywhere and once it was done, they term it as an anti-farmer move”
