DKShi's bail plea hearing underway

New Delhi/Bengaluru: A Delhi court has commenced the hearing into the bail petition of Congress leader D K Shivakumar, who has been arrested in a money laundering case.

Additional Solicitor General KM Nataraj, arguing on behalf of the ED told the court that a few financial transactions need to be probed and details on how he assessed so much wealth needs to verified. He clarified that this case had no link with the IT declaration made by Shivakumar.
