Drinking water flowing down the road

Bondel: The drinking water pipeline laid beneath the concrete road near Padavinangady Perlaguri has burst and drinking water is flowing along the road to waste.

The pipe burst during the hours when the corporation pumps supplies the drinking water and as a result, the water has encroached the road and the houses in the vicinity. Though the corporation was informed of the situation, it was to no avail.

The concerned officials must take immediate action on this issue said Suprith Kumar Poojary, a localite.
