In a press conference held at the District Congress office on Tuesday, Khader demanded that the district administration call a meeting and take steps to solve the problem.
The state government should release Rs 30-50 lakh for each constituency to address the drinking water issue, he added.
Khader criticized MLAs and ministers for focusing on the Vijaya Sankalpa Yatra instead of addressing the pressing needs of the people. Khader also expressed his disappointment with the government’s lack of action on the drinking water problem, highlighting that when Congress was in power, Rs 30 lakh was allocated to each constituency to tackle the issue.
