Driver, workers injured after pick-up truck falls into trench

The driver of a pick-up truck and a few construction workers sustained injuries after their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a trench near Muloor- Koppalangadi road stretch on NH66.

The mishap took place after the driver of the truck ferrying the construction workers from Udupi to Mangaluru lost control of the vehicle.

The injured were admitted to a private hospital.

Kapu police visited the spot and registered a case.
