DySP Lakshmi suicide case: Home Min Basavaraj Bommai orders probe

Haveri: Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai ordered an inquiry into the suicide case of Lakshmi, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) posted at Criminal Investigation Department (CID)

Speaking to the reporters  in Haveri, Bommai said, “A thorough investigation is necessary in  DySP Lakshmi suicide case and the concerned authorities have been informed”

Also, speaking regarding the death of RN Shetty, he said, ” Apart from being an eminent businessman, RN Shetty has also done a lot of social work. My heartfelt condolences to his family”
