Eight children, who claim they were used as slave labour on cocoa plantations in Ivory Coast, have launched a legal action against chocolate companies like Nestlé, Mars, Hershey and Mondelez.

They were allegedly forced to work without any pay and in inhumane conditions. Human rights firm International Rights Advocates has filed the case in US on behalf of the children.

It is said that the children were forced to work without any pay and in inhumane conditions in the West African country.
