ACB sleuths raid MCC Joint Director Jayaraj’s residence

Mangaluru: Sleuths from the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday, February 2 raided Mangaluru City Corporation’s Joint Director Jayaraj and his wife’s residences.

The raids were carried out at Jayaraj’s house in Bejai here and his wife’s house in Kerala.

According to sources, ACB sleuths from Udupi and Chikkamagaluru took part in the raid.

Disproportionate asset cases were registered in Bengaluru city, Bellary, Kolar, Dharwad, Dakshina Kannada, Chitradurga and Kalaburagi district against seven government servants.

Searches started in 30 places under the supervision of ACB SPs.
