Anandapura: Car collides with electric pole; Major mishap averted

Anandapur: A car traveling from Shivamogga towards Sagar on National Highway 206 crashed into an 11 kV electric pole near Achapura, causing significant damage to the pole and the front portion of the vehicle.

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when heavy fog reportedly impaired the driver’s visibility, leading to the collision. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

Sources indicate that the driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle at the time of the accident.
