Wrestling champ and Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist Babita Phogat has Kooed pictures of her doing pranayam and asanas in the sun-lit lawns by her place. “Yoga is one of India’s finest contributions to global well-being. Since 2014, when it was incorporated by the United Nations General Assembly, June 21 is heralded as International Yoga Day.
