Bantwal: Car-scooter collision, scooter rider killed

Bantwal: A 23-year old man lost his life in a car-bike collision that took place at Sajeepa Mooda grama on Monday, February 14.

The deceased has been identified as Sanvith of Kumdelu village.

The incident took place as Sanvith was riding his scooter to attend Brahmakalashabhisheka at Subramanya temple here when a car coming from Konaje knocked him down.

Sanvith was immediately rushed to the hospital where he breathed his last.

Melkar police have registered a case.
