Brothers Rajwinder Singh Sidhu and Gurwinder Singh Sidhu of Dabwali, Punjab, are now well-known in their small corner of the world for cutting hair into the shapes of customers’ favourite photos.
The brothers utilise a variety of trimmers, scissors, and pencils, among other things, to get every minute aspect of hairdos accurate, from the Taj Mahal with its many turrets and towers to a lifelike likeness of pop sensation Michael Jackson.
In an interview with Reuters, Rajwinder said, “In the beginning we used to give anyone we could get hold off free haircuts so that we could practice our skills on them. Some days we used to practice till 2.00 a.m., because during the day we used to run the regular salon.”
