Gowda highlighted the development works done in the area during Bava’s tenure as MLA and credited the JDS government for providing self-reliance to women, waiving loans for farmers, and maintaining peace in the state.
He also addressed Bava’s previous grievances with the Congress party, claiming that they had cheated him out of a ticket. However, he assured Bava and other party members that JDS would support them and give them tickets.
