Beltangady: POCSO case filed against minor

Beltangady: A POCSO case has been filed against a minor for sexually assaulting a class 10 girl.

The victim and the accused came into contact with each other through social media a year ago.

The accused then started going to the victim’s house at midnight and threatened her to let him into the house.

After entering the house he used to sexually assault her.

Facing repeated assault from the accused the victim finally decided to file a complaint against the accused.

He has been booked under sections 376, 506 of IPC, and 5(L), 6 of the POCSO Act 2012.
