Hindustani Aeronautic Limited (HAL), the nodal agency that organises defence events in the country, will organize the aero show this year. Since restrictions for international travelers were eased in the country, organisers are expecting that this year’s registration will exceed all previous editions.

Aero India which is held for over five days, will return to its old avatar during the 2023 edition. The 13th edition, which was held in 2021, was reduced to a three-day affair due to Covid pandemic.

A few days ago an official website, Aero India 2023, had gone live mentioning that next year’s edition will be held at Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bengaluru which has been hosting the airshow since 1996.

Earlier it was being speculated that the airshow would be moved out of Bengaluru and that it would be held in Uttar Pradesh.
