Bengaluru: A man hanged himself to death allegedly due to his wife’s luxurious and wasteful spending in Manjunathanagar in Basaveshwaranagar.
The deceased, Chand Pasha (31), worked as a mechanic.
It is gathered that Chand Pasha had married Usma (26) only 4 months ago. It is said that Usma was obsessed with living a lavish life. She allegedly demanded expensive things, including clothes, shoes, and jewelry, for herself to flaunt her wealth.
But, Chand Pasha could not fulfill her demands for money from his meager earnings as a mechanic. This often led to quarrels between the couple, the sources said.
