Responding to a question from Byndoor MLA Gururaj Gantihole in the Legislative Assembly, the minister stated that a total of 25 regular transport buses are operating on 157 routes within the Byndoor constituency. In the current academic year, additional buses have been provided on routes from Kundapur to Bolamballi, Siddapur, Badakere, Bhatkal, Ajri, and Tombattu to meet student demand.

MLA Gururaj Gantihole emphasized that government buses should be prioritized on routes without service, rather than only operating on profitable routes.
