“The Congress government’s failure, under Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s leadership, to effectively address Bengaluru’s water crisis underscores their incompetence and disregard for the welfare of the people,” he remarked.

Vijayendra accused the government of prioritizing political alliances in Tamil Nadu over the interests of Karnataka, leading to significant hardships for the state’s residents.

“The Congress government’s inability to represent our concerns before the Cauvery Management Board has worsened an already dire situation, resulting in a severe water shortage in Bengaluru,” he added.

Expressing concern over the critical water situation, Vijayendra urged the Chief Minister and the government to take immediate action to alleviate the suffering of Bengaluru’s citizens, emphasizing the urgency of the matter.
