Two youths were severely injured after their two-wheeler hit the divider at Bikarnakatta on Sunday, May 29.
The injured were Dheeraj and Ganesh. It is said a rickshaw driver who was passing by the road noticed the two of them lying on the road and admitted them to a nearby hospital.
Unfortunately, Dheeraj died of a cardiac arrest on May 31, while on life support at the hospital before the organs could be harvested. In such circumstances, organ donation is not possible, doctors said, and canceled the plans to harvest the organs.
