Bengaluru: Following the brutal murder of BJYM leader Praveen Nettaru, reactions across political lines have begun pouring in. BJP National General Secretary C T Ravi, and legislators M P Renukacharya and B K Hariprasad have expressed their concern.
AdvertisementSpeaking to the media on Wednesday C T Ravi said, “We have seen the murders of BJP workers and Hindu activists like Chandru, Harsha, and now Praveen. Never know who’s next? This is really concerning. I’ve met Chief minister Basavaraj Bommai and discussed the killings. This is just a sequel of what happened to tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Rajasthan”.
“We have not come to power to just sit back and enjoy, but fight against jihadi elements. Due to such incidents, the party workers are feeling helpless and insecure. I want to say that BJP stands with its workers”, he added. Legislator Renukacharya said, “Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Model is the ‘need of the hour’ to put an end to such social evils”.’
