BJP is ‘people-centric’ unlike Congress being ‘person-centric’: Minister Sunil Kumar

Bengaluru: Taking a jibe at the Congress’ ‘Siddaramotsav’ (75^th birthday celebrations of former CM Siddaramaiah by the Congress party), State Power Minister Sunil Kumar said, “BJP is people-centric unlike Congress which is person-centric”.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, he said, “As Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai-led BJP government completes one year term in power, the Karnataka BJP has decided to celebrate ‘Janotsav’ from July 28 to 30. On 28^th the programme will be held in Doddaballapur district and on 29 and 30, it will be organized in other districts”.

“The BJP is organizing a people-centric programme, but the Congress is busy in organizing a person-centric programme”, he added.
