BJP leaders condemn attack on BBMP and ASHA workers, seek stringent actions against miscreants

Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP leaders condemned the attack on BBMP and ASHA workers in Padarayanapura on Sunday, April 19.

Union Minister Sadanada Gowda in a tweet said, “I strongly condemn the attack on Corona warriors on duty at Padarayanapura locality in Bengaluru. It is a heinous crime.”

” Stringent actions should be taken against miscreants and their instigators,” said Gowda tagging City Commissioner of police Bhaskar Rao, Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and Home Minister Basawaraj Bommain Gowda.

Meanwhile, BJP MP Shobha tweeted, “Seculars attack Corona Warriors when they were quarantining the secondary contacts of COVID-19 in Padarayanapura. While health care heroes are working overnight to contain CoronaPandemic, these morons are assaulting our heroes! Let’s not be soft on these anti-nationals!”

Taking to Twitter another BJP MP CT Ravi wrote, ” A gang of COWARDS shamelessly assaults ASHA healthcare workers in Padarayanapura, Bengaluru. These CoronaWarriors visited Tablighi Jamaat created hotspot to quarantine contacts of COVID19 patients.

“As IndiaFightsCorona, it is unfortunate that it also has to suffer beasts,” he added.
