CD case: Woman alleges destruction of evidence in her PG residence

Bengaluru: In a three-page letter to the city’s police commissioner Kamal Pant, the woman involved in the sex video case has alleged that evidences in her paying guest residence have been destroyed.

“I feel that there is political pressure on the Special Investigation Team. Observations made by the investigating officers suggest that I am the accused rather than the victim,” the woman stated in the letter.

The police commissioner is yet to comment or issue a statement on the woman’s letter.

Meanwhile, the SIT on Monday issued a notice to MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi to appear for the questioning.

Jarkiholi had not attended an earlier call by the SIT citing ill health.
