Centenarian Mijaruguthu Anand Alva passes away at 106

Mijaruguthu Anand Alva, who had reached the remarkable age of 106, breathed his last on Tuesday.

Anand Alva had been suffering from illness for several days, leading to his admission to Alvas Hospital for medical attention. Despite the medical interventions, he succumbed to his ailment today.

Anand Alva, father of Mohan Alva, the Chairman of the prestigious Alva’s Educational Institution, is survived by his three sons and a daughter.
