In a video, the chef revealed the recipe. The chef starts by mixing the melted chocolate components for creating a giant grey-colored sea whale out of the confectionery. With his own hands, he carved the textures by piping the borders and designing the whale’s fins, eyes, and tail. He constructed the sea creature with the use of a welding machine, paper, chocolate sheets, and chocolate clay.
He created the sculpture a realistic skin texture by spraying milk and grey grained syrup over it once it was finished. The whale’s sleek and scaly skin, which has exceptional shine, gives it the appearance of a real whale. “This gigantic 90lbs whale was constructed in 4 days using Milk and Dark Chocolate, I adore the realistic-looking skin,” Guichon tweeted alongside the video.
Guichon frequently posts on Instagram some of the most amazing-looking hyper-realistic confectionaries he has created, and his followers are awestruck. He had previously made a big sea dragon out of milk and chocolates.View this post on InstagramRelated Articles
