Chikkamagalur: Man fatally injured during Bullock cart competition

In a devastating incident that unfolded during a bullock cart competition in Ajjampur taluk of the district, a young man tragically lost his life after a fatal collision with a yoke.

The victim, identified as 25-year-old Bharat and a native of Ajjampur, met with an untimely demise in the course of the event.

The unfortunate incident occurred when a pair of bullock carts in Ajjampur attempted to come to a stop at the conclusion of their run. It was during the final competition of the last round that Bharat suffered a grievous injury. He was struck on the head by the yoke of a swiftly moving bullock cart.
