On April 19, Chandrasekhar and a few other villagers had gone to the forest to collect firewood when they noticed a decomposed human skull and a bag near the roadside.
They immediately notified the police about the incident. Upon further search, a piece of cloth was found hanging from the branch of a tree nearby.
A case has been registered at Kadaba police station and an investigation is on.
