Elderly pedestrian mowed down by a car

Udupi: A senior citizen died after a passing car hit him while he was crossing the road at Padubidri on Thursday, October 18^th. The deceased elderly man has been identified as Rama K Kunder (92).

The deceased Mr Kunder was the president of Mulki Milk Producers Cooperative Society and also the member of Padubidri panchayat earlier

Reportedly, Mr Kunder was crossing the highway on Thursday afternoon when a car hit him. There is no available information regarding the car and a case has been registered by Padubidri police.
